Shipping Is Handled Separately From Checkout
All products on our website are sold FOB our facility. The prices shown at checkout include the cost of materials only. Shipping costs are not included in the checkout price and are quoted separately after checkout.

How the Process Works

  1. You complete your order and payment online for the materials.

  2. After your order is received, our staff reviews the items, weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  3. We prepare a custom shipping quote using the most cost-effective carrier and method.

  4. You will be contacted with the final shipping cost for approval.

  5. Shipping charges must be paid in full before the order is released for shipment.

Order Status

Your order will be placed on hold after checkout until the shipping quote has been approved and paid. Orders will not ship until all shipping charges are settled.

Production & Delivery Timeframes (Custom & Mill-Direct Orders)

Due to material availability and production scheduling, shipping times for custom orders and orders requiring mill-direct sourcing are currently longer than normal. Delivery timeframes vary based on material lead times, fabrication requirements, and freight scheduling. While many orders ship sooner, some custom or mill-direct orders may take up to 4 months to complete and deliver. We are actively working through existing orders and expect current backlog fulfillment to be completed by 2/30/26. For questions about a specific order, please contact our team for the most up-to-date status.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at no charge. If you prefer to pick up your order instead of having it shipped, please contact us after placing your order to make arrangements.

Freight & Delivery Notes

  • Residential delivery, liftgate service, inside delivery, or appointment scheduling may incur additional fees if required by the carrier.

  • Any special delivery requirements must be communicated in advance.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a valid delivery address and contact information.
