1. No Returns Policy
We do not offer returns on any items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
2. Limited Return Exceptions
In rare cases, returns may be considered but will be subject to:
- A 30% restocking service fee
- Actual non-discounted shipping costs if the order has already left our warehouse
Non-returnable items include:
- Mill-ordered items
- Special order items
- Non-standard items
- Custom-cut lengths
3. Return Authorization Process
If a return is authorized, it must:
- Be received at our warehouse within 10 days of original delivery
- Be undamaged and in resalable condition
- If received after 10 days or in non-resalable condition, the return will be refused and returned at your expense
4. Incorrect Orders & Exchanges
If you incorrectly ordered a stock item or length, you must:
- Contact Customer Service within 10 days of delivery for possible return or correction
- Ship returnable items at your expense back to our warehouse
- Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number (RA#) on the package
- Orders without an RA# will be refused
- Authorized returns must arrive at our warehouse within 10 days of issuing an RA#
- Once received in resalable, unmodified condition, credit will be issued minus applicable fees
5. Refusal of Delivery
Refusing delivery does not waive our return policy. If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for:
- Actual outbound and return freight charges
- 30% minimum restocking service fee, if applicable
- Credit will be issued only if the material is returned in resalable condition, minus applicable fees
Non-Creditable Items:
- Special mill-ordered items
- Custom-cut or specially processed materials
6. Customer Responsibility
Before placing an order, ensure:
- You are ordering the correct material for your application or project
- You have the means to unload your order upon delivery
