1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
Metals Delivered ships throughout the continental United States. Additional shipping terms may apply for Alaska,
Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Additional charges apply for
special handling, expedited shipping, or non-standard delivery locations.
3. ORDER PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMES
Most orders ship within 1-7 business days. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We strive to
expedite your order, though occasional delays may occur.
CUSTOM & MILL-DIRECT LEAD TIMES
Due to material availability and production scheduling, some custom orders and mill-direct sourcing may take longer
than normal. Delivery timeframes vary based on material lead times, fabrication requirements, and freight scheduling.
While many orders ship sooner, some custom or mill-direct orders may take up to 4 months to complete
and deliver. We expect the current backlog to be fulfilled by 2/30/26. Contact our team for the most
up-to-date status on a specific order.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Please ensure the delivery location is accessible for large shipments. Verify that the proper equipment or
manpower is available for unloading, and inspect shipments upon delivery. Report any issues immediately on the
carrier’s receipt.
5. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS & CLAIMS
If damage is discovered, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact Customer Service at
support@metalsdelivered.com. Claims for damage, shortages, or incorrect shipments must be reported within 24 hours.
6. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
Refusing a delivery does not cancel your order. You are responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs,
plus a 30% restocking fee if applicable.
