John Chalhoub didn't stumble into the metals business — he was raised in it. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in manufacturing and metals distribution, John developed a first-hand understanding of how broken the old model was: slow quotes, frustrating minimums, unreliable lead times, and suppliers who treated smaller buyers as an afterthought.
Armed with a Mechanical Engineering degree and over a decade of hands-on industry experience, John set out to fix that.
